He recommended for my 2010 truck going to a Raceme tune or Smarty Tuner and that they still had good performance for the 2010 on up trucks. He had stated that he'd already done in the past couple of months three transmission overhauls that he thought were caused from EFI Live not being what it should be for the transmission. He actually did name some of the big names that I'm hearing that I should purchase the tunes from, which really surprised me because this is the first time I've heard bad things about EFI Live. According to him, EFI is supported for Dodge trucks up through 2009 but after 2009 EFI for Dodge trucks, the tunes are more of a homebrew concoction by whoever you're buying the tunes from. Stopped by and talked to the owner and in his opinion he has been seeing many trucks with burnt out trannys that he thought was due to the EFI install. Researched my local shops and found good reviews of a local transmission shop that specialized in Dodge trucks that had in the past done quite a bit of this type of service. Plan on doing the full EGR DPF delete and installing EFI Live with a transmission tune.
